Site visitation and venue
walk-through:

For Ceremony

  • Determination of the seating of guests and family members
  • Planning ceremony processional and recessional
  • Development of sound design
    • (speakers, microphones, music, etc.)

For Reception

  • Determination of room format including layout of guest dining area and dance floor
    • (as well as sign-in table, head table, gift table, and cake table)
  • Meeting with on-site coordinator to clarify layout details and site requirements
  • Development of sound design
    • (speakers, microphones, music, etc.)

Planning Meetings:

  • Discussion of entertainment and music options
  • Coordinating contact information for wedding professionals
  • Scheduling of arrival and departure times of wedding professionals
  • Discussion of logistics for the ceremony
  • Planning of unique and personalized events for the reception which may include but are not limited to a "Love Story", introductions, special recordings, toasts, cake cutting, special dances and dedications
  • Planning and creating a timeline of events for both the hired professionals and site staff
  • Creation of "Wedding Morning" schedule for bridal party to ensure timely arrival
  • Arranging special getaways and departures

Rehearsal:

  • Provide coordinated direction of rehearsal
  • Protocol instruction of wedding party members
  • Provide name tags for wedding party
  • Communication and coordination with site and officiant

Day of:

  • Placement of programs, table favors, place cards, bride and groom signature portrait, etc.
  • Preparation and placement of ceremony items and props
  • Installation of all necessary sound equipment
  • Assignment and distribution of corsages and boutonnieres
  • Supervising seating of honored guests and family members
  • Alignment of wedding party for processional
  • Ensuring all professionals follow pre-approved timeline of events
  • Collecting special items and mementos at the end of the day
